Luxbet’s main focus is racing and their desktop website is designed in that way. On the homepage, you’ll find next to jump races and the main menu is dominated by racing markets. Luxbet has 8 different bet types available for racing, such as Best of the best which matches the price of the top fluctuation.
On the sports side, Luxbet provides a wide range of markets for all major sports around the world. For Australians, Luxbet has a number of markets for upcoming AFL or NRL matches, as well as providing future markets on the Premiership winner/end of season awards. Luxbet also has future markets and outright betting for all other major sports, such as NFL Superbowl winner or EPL season winner.
Along with most of the competition, Luxbet does provide a quick multi-building option. The Luxbet quick multi-feature is handy for easily building multiple bets per sport. For your convenience, the quick multi is pre-defined with all the favourites in each sport. To change an option, simply click on the checkbox next to the option. Once the multi is complete, enter a betting stake and confirm the bet through the bet slip.
Luxbet odds
The odds provided by Luxbet are competitive with the likes of Sportsbet and William Hill. We found Luxbet to offer similar odds per match in the AFL to William Hill, while Sportsbet was much different. This is an example of odds from an AFL Round 1 match between Carlton and Richmond in 2017.

In our experience with Luxbet, they can be slow to add odds for upcoming races and sports, compared to other Australian bookmakers. Luxbet review their markets to provide betting for only the next three days, while Sportsbet will have markets up for the next 3-5 days.

Luxbet have a dedicated phone line for three main categories; racing betting, sport betting and customer service. All three options have a phone number available for Australian and International customers.
They also provide a live chat option for resolving issues. The live chat option only deals with basic requests and you’ll most likely have to call Luxbet anyhow. They operate from 8am to 10pm on Monday through to Saturday, closing a bit earlier on Sunday at 6pm from 8am.
